These terms apply to everyone who uses speedhausparts.com (the "Site") and to anything you buy from it. The Site is run by Speedhaus 405 LLC ("SPEEDhaus", "we", "us"), 418 Enterprise Dr, Edmond, OK 73013, 405-888-7830, speedhausok@gmail.com. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell automotive parts and accessories from third-party manufacturers. Product names, part numbers, photos and fitment details come from the manufacturers and their catalogs.

2. Orders and prices

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an item being unavailable, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel an order you paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • Product photos may be representative and may differ slightly from the part you receive.
  • Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

3. Returns, refunds and shipping

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

4. Fitment, installation and legal use

  • Fitment: you are responsible for confirming that a part fits your exact vehicle before you order. Fitment information on the Site is provided as a guide and may contain errors. If you're unsure, contact us with your year, model and VIN before you buy.
  • Installation: parts should be installed by a qualified, professional technician. Near Edmond, OK? We can install it for you. Ask us for a quote. We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by improper installation, modification or misuse.
  • Legal use: you are responsible for making sure a part is legal where you drive, including emissions, noise and safety rules. Parts labeled off-road/competition use only are not legal for street use in California or other CARB states, and we don't ship them there.
  • Installing aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle's warranty. Check with your vehicle manufacturer or dealer.

5. Warranty

Parts are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty, if any. We'll help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to give accurate information, keep your password private, and not use the Site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its security.

7. Our content

The text, logos, designs and photos on the Site belong to SPEEDhaus or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other brand names and part numbers belong to their owners and are used only to describe products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

8. Third-party services

Payments and shipping are handled by third parties, such as Shopify, payment processors, distributors and shipping carriers, under their own terms.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is," except for any warranty stated in writing or required by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor, towing or vehicle downtime.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover SPEEDhaus for claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse or improper installation of products bought on the Site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.
