Last updated: October 21, 2026
Speedhaus 405 LLC ("SPEEDhaus", "we", "us") runs speedhausparts.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from the Site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, the parts you buy, and any vehicle details you give us (such as year, model or VIN) to check fitment. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account information, if you create an account.
- Messages you send us.
- Device and browsing information, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, vehicle searches and the site that referred you.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order. This includes sharing your name, address and order details with shipping carriers and the distributors and warehouses that pack and ship your parts.
- To check fitment, answer questions and handle returns and warranty claims, including with the part's manufacturer when needed.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, parts distributors and warehouses, shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising tools if they are turned on. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your vehicle and preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty and legal reasons, then delete or anonymize them.
