Where parts ship from
Parts ship from distributor warehouses in the US, not from our Edmond shop. Items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses.
- Processing: most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.
- Tracking: you'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
- Delivery: carrier transit time is added after the order ships. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the parts, their size and weight, and your address. Large or heavy items may cost more to ship.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the lower 48 US states only. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.
Off-road and competition parts
Parts labeled off-road/competition use only are not legal for street use in California or other CARB states, and we don't ship them there. Orders for these parts to those states will be cancelled and refunded.
Good to know
- Address errors: please double-check your address. If a package comes back because the address was entered wrong, reshipping costs extra.
- Damaged packages: inspect your package on delivery. If a part arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us photos within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy).
- Lost or late packages: email us if your order hasn't arrived. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
